STEP ONE:

LET'S CHAT FOR FREE

From invitation to breakdown, we do it all. First things first, let's have a pow-wow! Fill out our Contact Form to set up a FREE consultation. You'll meet yours truly, Joy, and we'll dive into all the juicy details of your dream event. From the guest list to the theme, we'll brainstorm together to make your celebration sparkle.

STEP TWO:

LET'S TALK NUMBERS

Now it's time to Lock It In! Once we've dreamed up your perfect party, it's time to talk dollars (or cake, whichever you prefer). After our consultation, we'll whip up a price quote tailored just for you. To seal the deal and get the party planning rolling, we ask for a minimum budget of $3,000 for design and planning if you are outside of Utah. This doesn't include venue rental, catering or other vendors. If you are located in Utah, we ask a minimum budget of $1000.

STEP THREE:

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Now that you've signed your contract and paid your retainer we're officially on board to make your event dreams come true, it's time to get down to business! With a $500 retainer fee (which gets deducted from your total bill), you'll unlock a world of party-planning magic. We're talking about in-depth consultations, personalized vision boards, coordination with all the cool vendors, unlimited support via phone and email, and of course, the cherry on top – day-of coordination where we'll make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
